Keep credentials private
Use a strong, unique password. Never send your password or an OTP to support, a caller, or another customer. Sign out when using a shared device.
Verify the booking
Use the start and completion codes only for the matching booking and service step. Review partner and shop details in the booking before meeting or paying.
Report suspicious activity
Contact support if you notice an account, booking, or payment record you do not recognize. Include the booking reference when available.
