Terms of Service
Effective date: 31 October 2026
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the No1Services website and booking services. By creating an account, browsing a service, or making a booking, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to enter into a contract where you live. Information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.
2. The marketplace
No1Services provides tools for customers to discover and book independent service partners for home visits and physical shop visits. A booking connects a customer with a partner; the partner performs the service. The service description, scope, location, appointment, price, and availability shown for a booking apply to that booking. Availability can change before a booking is confirmed.
We may review partner applications and listings, but a profile or listing is not a guarantee of a particular result, qualification, or outcome. Customers should discuss the requested work and any relevant safety requirements with the partner before work begins.
3. Accounts and account security
Keep your sign-in details and verification codes private. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Tell support promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, or comply with law.
4. Bookings and queues
Customers can choose a home-service booking or a physical shop visit where offered. A booking is confirmed only when the website displays confirmation. For shop visits, the queue number identifies the reservation; the waiting position and estimated service time can change as services run early or late, appointments change, or a shop updates availability. Advance appointments are accounted for in the queue. Follow the latest status shown in your account and any notice sent to you.
A shop may stop accepting new bookings or close temporarily. If this affects an existing booking, check your account for updates and contact support or the shop to arrange an available alternative.
5. Service scope and additional work
A service listing may provide an indicative scope, duration, and starting price. The final scope and price for your booking are the amounts confirmed at checkout or shown in the booking. A partner must submit additional work and its price through the platform. You can review and accept or reject a proposal in your account. Additional work should not proceed as an approved charge until you accept it.
6. Cancellations, changes, and revisits
Cancellation and rescheduling availability depends on the booking status and any notice period shown for that shop or booking. In-progress, completed, or otherwise ineligible bookings may not be cancellable or reschedulable through the website. A partner may schedule a revisit where the workflow permits it; the booking record will show its date and status.
If a refund is due, its amount and processing depend on the payment method, transaction status, and applicable law. A status shown as pending is not confirmation that funds have reached your account. Contact support with the booking reference if a refund or cancellation needs review.
7. Prices, payments, and receipts
Review the total and payment instructions shown for your booking before confirming. Available payment methods can differ between home services and shop visits. A shop payment confirmation records that the partner marked a collection as received; it does not itself process a card transaction, transfer money, or guarantee a bank settlement. Keep your receipt and payment reference. Do not send payment credentials or one-time passwords to another person.
8. Reviews and support
Reviews should describe your genuine experience and must not contain unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, or knowingly false material. We may moderate or remove content where reasonably necessary. Support tickets should include only information relevant to resolving your issue and should not include passwords or verification codes.
9. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, interfere with its security, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent bookings or reviews, harass users, or use another person's personal information without permission. We may restrict or suspend accounts involved in misuse, subject to applicable law.
10. Website availability and responsibility
We work to keep the service available and booking information accurate, but the website may be interrupted for maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. To the extent permitted by law, No1Services is not responsible for indirect losses arising from a booking or interruption. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes or to meet legal requirements. The current version and effective date will be published on this page. For questions or complaints, contact support.no1services@gmail.com and include your booking reference where relevant.
